This took a good hour and a half to do. x_x
Tis Wave the Swallow, from Sonic Riders. (I'm so close to getting that game, I can almost taste it... but Mom won't let me go to the mall yet... ><!!!) I realize she doesn't look like this in the games, but gimme a break. She's flying. I have this little idea that the birdies who make up the Babylon Rogues do have flight feathers, but flatten them to their armes when they're not flying, so I'm implementing it now.
I tried a different style on this-- I took a pencil sketch I'd already scanned (maybe I'll post it later), outlined it using the Pencil Tool set at 3 size, then outlined the inner lines with 1 size. Then I proceeded to color. Afterwards, I just threw in a few clouds, made a weird sky thing... cheated by using the Text Tool first, but then I made it so it had little to no fading. It makes quite a nice effect, I'll say.
